High school athletes across the district returned to compete this fall 2021 season and dominated not only on the field, court, course and pool, but also in the classroom. Eighteen teams across the district either made the state playoffs or had individual state qualifiers, all while the district scholar athletes racked up a combined 3.753 GPA, and two teams earned WIAA State Academic Champion honors. Sammamish High School administration embraced the April 26, 2021 state law, HB 1356, 鈥減rohibiting the inappropriate use of Native American names, symbols, or images as school mascots鈥 and moved quickly to include the 香港六合彩开奖网and community in the deciding on a new mascot.
